Return Policy
We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn`t right, let us know, we’ll assist you with a hassle free refund or exchange.
30 Day Refunds
Refunds are issued on items bought within 30days of the original purchase date and they are credited in the original payment form. All returned items must be in their original conditions unwashed and unworn with original tags in place. Any items sent without tags will be sent back to the customer.
There are no returns or exchanges on final or sale/clearance merchandise
Shipping and handling is non-refundable. We will only refund shipping charges if we`ve sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping & handling charges will be incurred.
Easy Returns and Exchanges
For returns and exchanges, use our easy return/exchange form attached to your invoice and enclosed with your item. Be sure to indicate whether your item is a return or an exchange for another size, color or item. There is a return fee which covers the cost of shipping and handling.
Follow the instructions below to package your return and mail it back to us:
* Detach the top customer portion of the invoice for your records
* Circle the item(s) that you are returning/exchange and note the quantity and return reason(s) for each item on your invoice
* Pack and seal your return/exchange securely, in the original package if possible, and include the completed invoice.
* Go to any USPS or UPS Location or to your nearest UPS drop off location (www.ups.com/dropoff)
* Affix your UPS return shipping label to the packaging. Make sure no other tracking labels are shown.
* Ship the package to the address below.

Confirmation that your return has been gotten will be done via email, if after 10days of having sent out your return no email is received contact customer care at 1-800-MODChic.
All credits are issued upon receipt and processing of your return.
All goods are the responsibility of the customer till they get to our returns department.
In the event that an item sent back to us for an exchange is unavailable, a refund is automatically issued being credited in the original form of payment.
